Bullying

counselling for bullying

There are many different perceptions to bullying, most of them being associated with school. This isn’t always the case. It can be common in work place settings and at home with family members or friends.

Bullying through face to face interactions or online can have a massive affect on mental health. This can create stress, anxiety, low self-confidence and at times suicidal thoughts.

Are you finding yourself being subject to nasty comments?

Are you dreading going into work worrying about the colleagues you have to face or situations you may find yourself in?

Do you feel deliberately left out of conversations and feel excluded?

Are you being bullied online through social media?

These are just a few examples of bullying but whatever your circumstances, I am here to support you through this incredibly difficult time.
