How much will it cost? 

I offer a free 15 minute initial telephone consultation. 

£45 per 1 hour session face to face.

£45 per 1 hour remote session via video link or telephone.  

£60 per 1 hour session for couples face to face, video or telephone.

I offer a concessional rate for carers and trainee counsellors.  

Where will the sessions take place?  

I work face to face based in Alsager, Cheshire and will provide you with the details once you have made contact. I also work remotely via video link or telephone.  

How many sessions will I need? 

This is completely led by you and your circumstances. I offer both short and long term therapy.
