Counselling for low self-confidence

Are you having a time in your life where you feel low in mood or find that you are doubting your own abilities?

Low self esteem is felt differently by everyone.

Low self esteem affects our confidence leaving us feeling worthless inside and out, looking in the mirror and not liking what you see. No matter what your circumstances may be your confidence can be knocked at any time. During these times you may find yourself comparing to others or ‘people please’ so as to not disappoint or hurt anyone.

Whatever your circumstances, I’m here to help and support you. This will be by listening to your valid worries and concerns. As an example, I may offer you support by helping you to look at your own self care as well as putting in healthy boundaries for you. We can cater the sessions for your own individual needs.
